Original artwork description

People and water are inextricably linked, and sailing is a wonderful experience for adventurous individuals.
Simply capturing a sailing boat in motion with a palette knife is what I have done here for the second time, having previously achieved a clear luminous blue in various glazes. A quick goodbye and it's up and away... It leaves you standing on the coast, waving goodbye.
Since the artwork comes across very restrained in a calming shade of blue, its luminous depth of colour forms an unmissable eye-catcher.
